Morina Hotels and Resorts offers luxurious accommodations for business trips and leisure travel in Gujarat. Hence, it’s strategically located 10 minutes away from the Vithalpur Industrial area and some religious sites.

The main goal of a promotional video of a hotel is to entice the customers with the vast property, various amenities, the overall ambiance of the hotel, and its proximity to some prominent locations. Generally, people want to see what the hotel has to offer despite all the amenities mentioned on their website or google. People prefer looking at pictures, videos, and their location on the map. Hence, in the hospitality industry, visuals play a vital role in helping customers make an informed decision about where to stay.

When Morina approached us with their upcoming hotel project, they needed a video that could effectively market the property to their stakeholders. However, all they had was a brief about the project, some 3D images of the hotel, and their brand logo.

SOLUTION
Through a client meeting, we first understood the project’s details, including their unique selling points, the target audience, and the purpose of this promotional video. Team talkingcloud began ideation and made a script that included voice-over, stock footage, the 3D images given by the client and other visual elements.

The objective of this promo video was to showcase that the hotel is up and running.

But how could we have made it easy for the viewers to visualize the property when the hotel wasn’t even constructed yet? Here’s how: through stock images, videos, and 3D images given by the client, the visual elements were smoothly added to the timeline. But only through visuals and text on screen, is it enough to make people believe that Hotel Morina exists in Vithalpur?

So, here comes the main character of this film. Voice Over.
A detailed, persuasive, and assuring voice-over was added and the promo video came to life.
In the audio, our voice-over artist talked about the amenities shown in the video, matching the tone and emotions of the video. This way, even our clients were convinced that the Hotel Morina was already constructed and they could welcome the visitors soon.
Apart from the broadcast-ready video, we also provided the client with a vertical format video that can be marketed to mobile users.
